Sex offender too short for jail

A 5′1″ 50 year old man convicted of doing all kinds of gross stuff to a 12 year old girl is apparently too short to go to jail.  The judge decided that he’d have too hard of a time in PITA jail, so she only gave him probation.  Hmm…. child molester….. convicted by the jury…. too short for jail?   Maybe my math is off today.  Let the guy get his ass kicked in prison, he deserves worse than they could ever give him.  Here’s a vote against female judges.  Read the full story.
