Our school district doesn't feel that it is ok for us to be seen buying alcohol or cigerattes because it doesn't set a good example. I know that teachers here would also get in trouble for taking a class to an art exhibit that had nudity without parental permission disclosing the possible nudity. She should have used common sense about her choice of photos and considered her audience's maturity level to appreciate the photo as an art versus pornography. If she taught college it would be different because of her audience but most high school students get bent out of shape looking through Victoria's Secret! Basically it was a bad judgement call.
