Lightbulb removed from man’s butt
Fateh Mohammad, a Pakistani man jailed for making moonshine, recently had to undergo surgery. No big deal you say? Well you might think differently if you knew why he was having surgery. See, Fateh, unbeknowst to himself, had a LIGHTBULB lodged in that most delicate of spots, his butt. Fateh says he woke up one morning and felt some pain, and has no idea how a lightbulb came to make it’s home inside his anus.
While I do want to believe this obviously upstanding member of the community, I simply have to ask, how in the blue f*ck can you not know why you have a lightbulb in your ass?

Haha I never thought about it that way. But you’re right, maybe he didn’t get a lightbuld wedged in his bum. He’s just got a brilliant rectum which is full of ideas.
