Hype is a very important part of sales. Perhaps even more than the product that you are selling. Remember, these guys' jobs is to make you understand that you can't NOT make the purchase. Doesn't make them a bad person in any way; they probably have families to feed too.

Whether you buy it or not, there's no skin off my back. I think it's a pretty interesting read, and probably worth it. I'm not going to sit here and try to hard-sell anyone; I don't have the patience for that. If you want it, buy it. If you don't, don't.

Big hype. I got the same emails - from the same “gurus”, same old, same old. I signed up for these guru newsletters because I thought they make actually provide some interesting content, some marketing crumbs of wisdom from the head table…..but no it’s just the usual cut and paste JV BS yet again. Looks like we are not the only ones who are getting a little tired of all hype and no beef: http://lostballinhighweeds.com/day-job-killer/i-did-not-buy-day-job-killer/

Okay, there are a few people who provide decent info you can actually use - like Perry Marshall (you can buy his book on amazon.com for $16 - less than a quarter of the price of DKJ but 100 times better value!) or Andy Williams ezseo newsletter http://ezseonews.com/blog/ - at least these people provide some useful info and try to help you (and neither of them sent me ANY emails about DJK) - but the rest - they just shovel the latest “must have” ebook down your throat and when you buy into the hype and cough up the dough you are left thinking - is that it?!

Anyway, I read here: http://www.scam.com/showthread.php?t=22106 that you should "..Read the fine print.

I read Adwords Miracle and I read Affiliate Project X not to mention every other ebook at Clickbank as well. I can honestly tell you that both products were nothing but hype. I could probably rehash both of them in less than 50 words.

Adwords Miracle- If you ever used Google Adwords for more than a day you would quickly see that this program simple restates the help menu at Google and emails Google sent out to Adwords advertisers. 100% useless.

Affiliate Project X- You should send bonuses to people who order CB products through your link as an incentive for them to order. Wow! What a genius!

Save your money, this guy knows about one thing, it's called hype...."

Interested to know how you get on Llama, but I think I will save my money this time........
