I don't have abilities in that area and have always admitted that. Anyone looking at the site with experience in monetizing the site, should see an easy $750-$1k in revenue options almost immediately. Anyone looking to buy the site should expect to have to put some effort into monetizing. That goes without saying. I wouldn't sell to anyone who just wants to sit on it and expect money will come to them. The site is a tremendous resource, besides the personal side of it.
