I guess I should've specified what I meant, because now that I read it, it isn't exactly what I meant. If you have, say, 3 hours a day dedicated to online activities ( blogging / marketing / affiliate programs, etc ) , that's what you need to focus on cutting the fat from. Rest, relaxation, and spending some time with your family should always come first, and are necessary to your mental health! Absolutely.
