I do a bit of affiliate marketing, and I guess if I step on someone's toes with bidding on trademarked terms, there's a potential for a lawsuit. I'm also not known for holding my tongue around here, and I've probably offended bunches of people with a few of my posts... I probably won't ever be sued.
