At first I was confused by the lack of dollar figures, as your pie chart only allows for comparison within the current month. Then I saw where you answered comments from last month’s post that you consider it taboo to share your online income much like people consider it taboo to share their salaries. I guess I won’t ask about the dollar figures then, and I’ll simply congratulate you on the nice percentage increase from last month to this month.

Link exchanges don’t hurt in my eyes, regardless of who says what. Granted, one way links are 10x better, but I’d take all the links you can get, recip or not.

Beyond that, the basics really. Some directly submissions… but don’t go crazy. DMOZ if you can get in would be great - very high PR link.

And of course use your Delicious / other social bookmarking accounts to tag your posts. Anything really to get links in the beginning helps. Once you start getting indexed, then people will find you, and with any luck, link to your good stuff. You just have to get the ball rolling with the basics.
