Sites for sale
I’ve been keeping my eyes open for a few good deals on the website front. I’ve been checking out Sitepoint and Digital Point, but no dice so far. Anyone know of any other good places to find sites for sale? Looking for something moderately established, *with* income. Niche / topic not of the utmost importance.

You can try ebay, but you have to look out for a lot of turnkey sites with no natural traffic.
I hope you can find some good sites for sale. Are you planning on flipping them or buying them and creating a really good income stream?

Are you looking for a specific kind of site? e.g. are you looking for a blog, an MFA site, etc…?

I’m trying to stay away from turnkey… I’m looking for something that is already producing results ( i.e. traffic, revenue ) but that I can take to the next level.
MFA is something I want to stay away from, especially with the new Google crackdown. As far as static website / blog / whatever, I’m realistically pretty much open.
My goal in all this is to simply increase my monthly income, and diversify a little bit. I may sell some if things don’t work out the way I’d like. But that’s not my goal. I want to invest money now to build up a better income.
