I'm looking for something that is already producing results ( i.e. traffic, revenue ) but that I can take to the next level. MFA is something I want to stay away from, especially with the new Google crackdown. As far as static website / blog / whatever, I'm realistically pretty much open. My goal in all this is to simply increase my monthly income, and diversify a little bit. I may sell some if things don't work out the way I'd like. But that's not my goal. I want to invest money now to build up a better income. I hope you can find some good sites for sale. Are you planning on flipping them or buying them and creating a really good income stream?
