Jeremy - Good old fashioned Excel 2007, copied and pasted into Photoshop makes those graphs. Looks like I accidently saved them as GIF's instead of JPG's, so the colors look terrible though. Excel 2007 is slow, and I don't care for the menu system, but the graphs and charts rock.
