Supreme Court Not Hearing RIM Blackberry Case

More bad news for RIM. I can’t say I’m a huge huge fan of the Blackberries, but they are very innovative, and perform their functions better than anything else around. It would be a real shame to see them go away.
The Supreme Court isn’t interested in hearing the RIM case, so we’ll have to see how this pans out. With the government ( not to mention many businesses ) relying heavily on Blackberry devices, it’s hard to imagine a judge dropping the hammer on them. We should know more by February 1st.
